Rent Review of 19 Bedford Square London WC1

The New London College for the Humanities are a prominent entity in Bloomsbury and a long standing client to MB&A Commercial. They are based at 19 Bedford Square, a white stucco building at the centre of the northern terrace of Bedford Square and overlooking the gardens of the square.

In 2017 their landlord proposed a staggering 84% increase in their annual rental rate and they instructed MB&A Commercial to act on their behalf in negotiation to reduce this. Through extensive market knowledge and tenacity we reduced this increase by over 50%, saving our client significant costs over the following five years to the next review.
