MB&A Commercial was contacted by Verto Education, a fast growing and exciting new US student programme provider to London, to advise on the acquisition of 23 Bloomsbury Square, a new refurbishment on the Bedford Estates.

I throughly enjoyed working on this fantastic project, negotiating fantastic acquisition terms off this old landlord adversary of MB&A.

I was gratified, and very pleased indeed, for the client to state, on the completion of the deal “we could not have done this without you. The work you did to get this to the finish line is nothing short of remarkable”.    And, to me, it was a pure pleasure!  Win, win, all round.
