Market information provided to major French school L’Ecole Jeannine Manual during their discussions with the landlord University of London for a new lease over the building for a term of 25 years.     The building was acquired in a state requiring redecoration and hence currently clad in scaffolding.   The project is due to be completed later in 2022.

This acquisition follows the expansion of the school across Bloomsbury and following the original acquisition of 43-45 Bedford Square London WC1B 3DN (approx. 24,000 sq. ft)  in 2019 and latterly 52 Russell Square London WC1 (approx. 11,000 sq. ft).
