The accepted market standard methodology for rental analysis and valuation adopted for high street retail premises.
Zoning is based on applying a prime rental rate on window frontage to a specified depth with graduated reductions for each specified depth range behind the primary area.
This methodology does not apply to retail warehousing or “large” shops.
