Lease length is the length of the lease term. It will change depending on the particular requirements of the tenant and the investment strategy of the landlord. In broad terms, the landlord will look for a longer lease of between 15-25 years, on the other hand a tenant’s increasing demand for more flexibility are likely to look for shorter terms of 5-10 years.
