Interim schedules of dilapidations are generally, but not exclusively, served when a tenant is in breach of a repairing covenant.The interim schedule of dilapidations are served during the lease term, at any time after the lease commencement, usually before the last 18 months of the lease. The scope of an interim schedule is to identify breaches of the lease and plan necessary works to remedy the breach within a set time frame.
